Luar Biasa ! !Mobrig37 Bagi Beras Untuk Yatim Dan Dhuafa

Bondowoso,Hallodunia.net – Mobrig37 Bondowoso yang dipimpin Ketua Umum Bripka Eko Ahlan M yang bertugas di Satuan Brimob Polda Jatim dan beberapa anggota dari kalangan jurnalis, TNI Polri tidak mengendorkan semangat membagikan sembako kepada warga dari pintu ke pintu baik Bondowoso ataupun luar Bondowoso.

“Kita bagi sembako kepada janda dhuafa sudah part 21 mas, yang kita melalui door to dor kerumah-rumah warga. Selain bagi sembako kita juga rehab rumah warga yang sudah tidak layak huni dengan hasil Iuran rekan Mobrig37,” jelasnya.

Komunitas Mobrig37 dengan berbagai instansi kolaborasi dalam giat peduli dhuafa ini diantaranya dari TNI dan Polri.

Adapun Koptu Hadi Siswoyo dari satuan Angkatan Laut Lanal Banyuwangi yang tergabung juga dalam giat sosial Ini, Serta Briptu Imam dari Polsek Cerme Polres Bondowoso juga hadir dalam giat baksos tersebut

Para anak yatim dan dhuafa mengucapkan terima kasih, karena masih ada preman bertato, gondrong, memakai anting dan residivis insaf yang sudi memberikan sembako kepada para dhuafa.

B.Sumarto (60) warga Desa Gayam Kidul Botolinggo yang merupakan seorang janda lansia tidak mampu menyampaikan terima kasih kepada komunitas Mobrig37.

“Terima kasih, saya perwakilan dari penerima sembako. Kami bangga dengan adanya Mobrig37 yang sudah menyempatkan diri dari Bondowoso ke Jember mas,” jelasnya.

Maskup Bocil selaku tuan rumah dalam pembagian sembako berupa beras dalam bentuk paket untuk para janda dhuafa yang ada di Desa Gayam Botolinggo Bondowoso Tersebut, mengatakan, “untuk donatur kita tidak ada mas. Dana kita kumpulkan dari seikhlas para anggota,” ungkapnya.

“Terima kasih yang sudah sudi ikut membantu mengulurkan tangan dengan menyisihkan rejekinya untuk kita belikan sembako dan kita bagikan kepada yang membutuhkan di desa Gayam Kidul Botolinggo,” ujarnya.(ADM)

Densus 88 Anti Teror Gerebek Pemilik Counter Handphone di Surabaya

Halodunia.net Heboh Diduga terlibat jaringan teroris seorang pemilik counter Handphone di surabaya diamankan Densus88 Anti Teror Sebuah Counter Handphone di Jl Medokan Sawah 121, Surabaya, Jumat (26/2/2021) digerebek Densus 88 Anti Teror Mabes Polri.

Pemilik Counter diduga terlibat dalam jaringan Teroris Jamaah Islam Ansharut Daulah. Namun belum diketahui berapa orang dan barang bukti apa yang diamankan

Kanit Reskrim Polsek Rungkut, Iptu Djoko Soesanto saat dikonfirmasi melalui ponselnya membenarkan penggerebekan Densus 88 Anti Teror.

“Iya benar, tadi siang ada penggerebekan dilakukan Densus 88. Tapi kami hanya melakukan pengamanan di area sekitar,” ucapnya.

Djoko juga tidak dapat menjelaskan lebih detail terduga teroris dan barang hukti yang diamankan. “Tidak tahu yang diamankan berapa orang, coba konfirmasi ke Polda Jatim,” pungkasnya. @rofik

Pastikan Anggota Tak Konsumsi Nakoba, AKBP Memo Adakan Tes Urin Mendadak

SURABAYA – Puluhan personel Sat Resnarkoba (Satresnarkoba) Polrestabes Surabaya menjalani tes urine oleh Propam dan Urkes Polrestabes Surabaya. Tes urine ini dilakukan di Ruang Kasat Narkoba, Kamis Dinihari (25/02/2021 ).

PS Kanit Provos Polrestabes Surabaya IPTU Sutamaji dan Kepala Bagian Urusan Kesehatan Polrestabes Surabaya Doketer Dony memimpin jalannya kegiatan tes urine tesebut.

Sebanyak 70 anggota Satresnarkoba melaksanakan tes urine yang hasilnya, seluruh anggota Satresnarkoba yang di pimpin oleh AKBP Memo Ardian dinyatakan negatif mengkonsumi narkotika.

“Alhamdulillah tidak ada yang positif. Saya bangga pada seluruh anggota Satresnarkoba Polrestabes Surabaya, hasilnya negatif dari narkoba dan semua merah putih tidak belanda,” ujar Memo.

Memo menambahkan, awalnya seluruh anggota saya panggil ke ruangan untuk anev mingguan. Tidak berselang lama saat anev dimulai, masuklah anggota Propam Polrestabes Surabaya bersama Urkes Polrestabes Surabaya melakukan tes urin.

“Saat tes urine berlangsung, semua akses keluar masuk di tutup dan di jaga oleh propam. tes urin ini di ikuti oleh seluruh anggota satnarkoba, termasuk saya dan Kanit,” tutupnya.

Kunjungan Kerja Ke Papua Kapolri Berpesan Babinsa dan Bhabinkamtibmas Terus Jaga Kondusifitas

JAKARTA – Panglima TNI Marsekal Hadi Tjahjanto dan Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo melakukan kunjungan kerja (kunker) ke Papua. Dalam kesempatan itu keduanya memberikan pengarahan kepada personel Babinsa dan Bhabinkamtibmas.

Dalam arahannya, Sigit memberikan apresiasi atas kerja keras dari Babinsa dan Bhabinkamtibmas yang telah maksimal dalam menjaga Kondusifitas di Tanah Cenderawasih.

Oleh sebab itu, Sigit berharap seluruh personel Babinsa dan Bhabinkamtibmas untuk terus menjaga situasi keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat (kamtibmas) di Papua. Tak hanya itu, Sigit juga meminta agar mengawal keberlangsungan program vaksinasi Covid-19 dapat berjalan dengan tertib dan aman.

“Berharap selalu kuat dan sehat mengingat situasi yang dihadapi pandemi Covid-19 melanda di seluruh wilayah dan program yang lain seperti vaksinasi dan perbatasan,” kata Sigit dalam pengarahannya di Papua, Jumat (26/2/2021).

Sejauh ini, kata Sigit, Papua sudah dalam keadaan kondusif. Menurutnya, hal itu tak lepas dari soliditas dan sinergitas TNI-Polri.

“Sinergitas dan soliditas menjadi prioritas, faktanya di Papua sudah luar biasa,” ujar eks Kabareskrim Polri itu.

Disisi lain, Sigit menyebut, peran Babinsa dan Bhabinkamtibmas juga diperlukan untuk melakukan pemahanan serta edukasi soal adanya wacana soal Revisi Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2001 tentang Otonomi Khusus (Otsus) bagi Provinsi Papua.

“Dinamika kedepan seperti UU Otsus yang akan direvisi untuk mensejahterakan rakyat Papua, dana Otsus dinaikkan. Teman-teman agar membantu dalam mensosialisasikan dan mengawasi dana Otsus tersebut, untuk percepatan peningkatan kesejahteraan,” papar Sigit.

Terakhir, Sigit juga memberikan pengarahan soal melakukan pengamanan tentang pelaksanaan Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON) yang rencananya di gelar di Papua.

“Rencana ada PON dan kebijakan pemekaran yang semuanya untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat,” tutup Sigit.

Peringati Puncak HPN 2021, Polres Bangkalan dan Forkopimda Senam Bersama Awak Media

Halodunia.net – Kegiatan puncak peringatan Hari Pers Nasional tahun 2021 di kabupaten Bangkalan berlangsung sangat meriah. Meski di tengah pandemi tetap patuh dengan protokol kesehatan yakni menjaga jarak, dan memakai masker, kesakralan acara ini pun masih tampak sangat terlihat. Seperti pemandangan pagi tadi, Jum’at (26/02/2021) Kapolres Bangkalan AKBP Didik Hariyanto, S.I.K. dan segenap forkopimda di kabupaten Bangkalan sangat antusias.

Olahraga bersama ini tak hanya diikuti oleh jajaran forkopimda, dan juga anggota Mapolres. Awak media yang merupakan pokja Polres Bangkalan dari berbagai media cetak, online, dan televisi nasional juga ikut andil.

Puncak acara pun ditandai dengan pemotongan kue dan tumpeng oleh orang nomor satu di kabupaten Bangkalan, Raden Abdul Latif Amin Imron. Ra Latif, sapaan akrabnya didampingi dengan seluruh forkopimda termasuk Kapolres Bangkalan pun memberikan potongan kue dan tumpeng kepada perwakilan awak media dari media cetak dan online.

Dalam sambutannya, Ra Latif juga berharap kebersamaan ini tak hanya berlangsung sementara saja, namun juga berlangsung seterusnya. Apalagi, awak media juga punya peranan dan andil penting dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat melalui akurasi data, kecepatan dan keberimbangan berita, serta aktual dan terpercaya. “Semoga dengan adanya olahraga bersama ini akan semakin meningkatkan silaturahmi dan kerjasama yang baik dengan seluruh awak media untuk bersinergi bersama memberitakan hal hal yang baik dan positif kepada masyarakat Bangkalan,” terang Ra Latif.

Sementara itu, si empunya gawe yakni Kapolres Bangkalan AKBP Didik Hariyanto, S.I.K. menuturkan jika olahraga bersama ini adalah bentuk sinergitas dan komitmen Polri untuk terus menjalin hubungan baik dengan awak media selaku penyeimbang dan penyampai informasi serta pemberitaan kepada seluruh pelosok lapisan masyarakat luas. “Meski telat, peringatan puncak Hari Pers Nasional tahun ini adalah wujud kebersamaan dan sinergitas rekan rekan media untuk selalu bersama dengan pemerintah, TNI Polri dalam memberikan informasi dan pemberitaan ke masyarakat sehingga masyarakat bisa mendapatkan berita yang aktual dan terpercaya. Demi Tunjang Kinerja Babinkantibmas Jajaran Polda Jawa Timur,Kapolda Berikan Kendaraan

SURABAYA, Demi menunjang kinerja Babinkantibmas jajaran Polda Jawa Timur. Jum’at (26/2/2021) pagi, Kapolda Jawa Timur Irjen Pol Dr. Nico Afinta, didampingi Wakapolda Jatim Brigjen Pol Slamet Hadi Supraptoyo, serta Pejabat Utama (PJU) Polda Jawa Timur. Memberikan bantuan sarana dan prasarana, kendaraan roda dua sebanyak 250 unit dan kendaraan roda empat (mobil ambulance) sebanyak dua unit.

Kapolda Jawa Timur Irjen Nico Afinta dalam sambutannya, bahwa kendaraan yang diperlukan oleh satuan kerja (satker) khususnya yakni, Binmas dan Biddokkes dalam rangka meminjam dan melaksanakan program presisi Kapolri.

Kapolda berpesan kepada anggota yang mendapatkan kendaraan dinas untuk menggunakan sebaik baiknya dan dirawat sebaik baiknya. Sehingga dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok khususnya program Kapolri di presisi bisa berjalan dengan baik.

“Hari ini saya mendistribusikan 250 unit kendaraan roda dua dan dua unit roda empat (ambulance) ke Babinkantibmas. Saya berharap, dengan sarana dan prasarana yang kita berikan ini bisa menunjang kinerja anggota di lapangan,” ucap Kapolda Jatim, Jumat (26/2/2021) pagi.

Ditambahkan Kapolda, seluruh anggota Polri harus mengetahui apa yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, saat ini di Indonesia khususnya di Jatim sedang menghadapi Covid-19 dan melaksanakan Vaksinasi, selain itu juga melakukan program-program pembaruan Kapolri.

“Kita mendukung program 100 hari kerja kapolri, serta melakukan program pembaruan kapolri,” tambahnya.

Meningkatkan komunikasi didalam organisasi, perubahan yang terjadi membutuhkan komunikasi yang lebih sering sehingga pemahaman dari Mabes Polri, Polda, Polres, Polsek sampai ke Babinkantibmas bisa seiring sejalan dalam mewujudkan program presisi tersebut.

Kapolda Jatim bersama Wakapolda Jatim usai menyerahkan secara langsung kendaraan dinas bagi anggota jajaran. Juga melakukan pengecekan kendaraan, selain itu menanyakan kesiapan anggota demi menjalankan tugas untuk masyarakat.

PAMEKASAN, Forkopimda Jawa Timur Gubernur Jawa Timur Khofirah Indar Parawansa, Pangdam V Brawijaya Mayjen TNI Suharyanto, Pangkoarmada II Laksda TNI I.N.G Sudihartawan dan Kapolda Jawa Timur Irjen Pol Dr. Nico Afinta, Kamis (25/2/2021), Silaturahmi sekaligus Takziyah serta mengucapkan bela sungkawa atas musibah Bukit setinggi 70 meter di dekat Pondok Pesantren Annidhomiyah di Dusun Jepun, Desa Bindang, Kecamatan Pasean, Kabupaten Pamekasan longsor dan menimpa asrama santriwati.

Dalam sambutannya, Gubernur Jawa Timur, didampingi Pangdam V Brawijaya, Pangkoarmada II dan Kapolda Jatim menyebutkan, bahwa sangat prihatin dan berduka atas peristiwa yang menimpa tanah longsor di Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) yang mengakibatkan 5 (lima) Santriwati meninggal dunia karena tertimpa tebing yang longsor.

Dari peristiwa ini, setidaknya ada 3 (Tiga) kamar yang tertimpa longsor, sehingga menyebabkan 5 (Lima) santriwati meninggal dunia, 2 (Dua) santriwati masih dirawat di Rumah Sakit.

“Saya (Gubernur Jatim) bersama Pangdam V Brawijaya, Pangkoarmada II dan Kapolda Jatim, mengucapkan bela sungkawa sedalam dalamnya, atas musibah yang terjadi di Pondok Pesantren Annidhomiyah. Yang menyebabkan duka mendalam,” kata Gubernur Jatim, Khofifah Indar Parawansa, Kamis (25/2/2021) sore.

Selain mengucapkan bela sungkawa, Forkopimda Jatim, juga memberi bantuan.

Diberitakan sebelumnya, Bukit setinggi 70 meter di dekat Pondok Pesantren Annidhomiyah di Dusun Jepun, Desa Bindang, Kecamatan Pasean, Kabupaten Pamekasan. Pada hari Rabu (24/2/2021) dini hari lalu terjadi longsor.

Peristiwa ini menyebabkan 5 (Lima) santriwati meninggal dunia. Dua diantaranya masih dirawat di Rumah Sakit. Peristiwa ini terjadi, saat hujan lebat terjadi di Dusun Jepun, Desa Bindang, Kecamatan Pasean, Kabupaten Pamekasan.

Berikut identitas 5 santriwati yang meninggal dunia akibat timbunan longsor:

1. Rubiatul Adhawia (14 asal Desa Poreh , Kecamatan Karangpenang, Kabupaten Sampang.

2. Siti Khomariyah (16) asal Kecamatan Sumberjambe, Kabupaten Jember.

3. Santi (14) asal Desa Dukuhmencek, Kecamatan Sukorambi, Kabupaten Jember.

4. Nur Aziza (13) asal Desa Dukuhmencek, Kecamatan Sukorambi, Kabupaten Jember

5. Nabila (12) asal Desa Sempong Barat, Kecamatan Pasongsongan, Kabupaten Sumenep.

A new date has been confirmed for the blockbuster showdown between Joseph Parker and Junior Fa, with the world-ranked Kiwi heavyweights set to clash at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Saturday, February 27. Previously scheduled for December, the bout was postponed after blood tests revealed Fa was suffering from a health issue that required the 19–0 undefeated prospect to undergo surgery.

The official event doctor appointed for the fight, Dr Dave Renata, confirmed Fa would recover in time. “Junior’s surgery was a success and he is well and truly on track to be fully fit and in very good health for the rescheduled date on February 27,” Renata said.

Parker’s advisor, David Higgins of Duco Events, was pleased the rescheduled date could be confirmed.

“While the postponement of the fight was disappointing, the most important thing is that both fighters are at their very best — and there are no excuses — when they step into the ring,” Higgins said.

Higgins pointed to the record-setting 2009 showdown between David Tua and Shane Cameron, which was also delayed after Cameron broke his hand during a tune-up fight.

“Interest only grew during the delay and the fight went on to set viewership records that still stand today,” Higgins said.

“And we all saw what happened when a clearly very frustrated David Tua finally got the chance to unleash his fury.”

Seperti halnya yang dilakukan oleh Polresta Banyuwangi,kemarin (24/2), seluruh personel Bhabinkamtibmas Polresta Banyuwangi mendapatkan pembekalan dan pelatihan tentang tracing covid-19 di gedung Rupatama Wira Pratama.

Pelatihan ini dibuka langsung oleh Kapolresta Banyuwangi Kombes Pol Arman Asmara Syarifudin, dan menghadirkan pemateri dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyuwangi dr. Adriyani.

Menurut Kombes Pol Arman, pembekalan ini untuk menambah pengetahuan, peningkatan kemampuan dan efektifitas peran Bhabinkamtibmas sebagai tracer Covid-19.

” Pelatihan ini berhubungan dengan upaya tracing Covid-19,” jelas Kombes Pol Arman kepada wartawan.

Materi yang disampaikan ialah tentang pengetahuan dasar tentang Covid-19, terutama dalam pencegahan, penelusuaran kontak, pemantauan karantina, isolasi mandiri dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pemantauan karantina atau isolasi mandiri.

Kapolresta Banyuwangi, Kombes Pol Arman Asmara Syarifudin menyampaikan, agar anggota Bhabinkamtibmas sebagai tracer Covid-19 dapat memahami tugasnya sebaik mungkin.

Bahkan, pelatihan ini bisa menjadi bekal untuk bisa diterapkan dalam bertugas.

”Kami berharap bisa dieplementasikan di kehidupan sehari-hari dan juga memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat,” kata Kapolresta Banyuwangi usai membuka pelatihan.

Kombes Arman juga menjelaskan langkah ini diharapkan dapat maksimal guna mempercepat upaya memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19 di Jawa Timur khususnya di Kabupaten Banyuwangi.

Selain itu Kombes Arman juga berharap para anggota Bhabinkamtibmas bisa lebih terlatih dan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menangani warga terkonfirmasi Covid-19.

“Kami ingin Bhabinkamtimas Pro aktif mensosialisasikan vaksinasi Covid-19 halal dan aman, terus edukasi warga terkait disiplin protokol kesehatan 5M dalam keseharian,” ungkap Kombes Arman.

Kombes Arman menambahkan, setelah mendapatkan pelatihan tersebut para Bhabinkamtibmas bisa mengidentifikasi masyarakat yang teridentifikasi awal covid-19,sehingga bisa langsung ditindak lanjuti.

Wujudkan Zona Hijau Kapolda Launching Jatim Bermasker

SURABAYA _ Kapolda Jawa Timur, Irjen Pol Nico Afinta, launching pencanangan “Gerakan Santri Bermasker” guna memutus mata rantai covid-19 di Jawa Timur.

Hal ini juga di dukung oleh para Kiai dan ulama, serta Forkopimda Jatim, diantaranya. Gubernur Jawa Timur, Khofifah Indar Parawansa. Pangdam V Brawijaya, Mayjend TNI Suharyanto. Pangkoarmada II, Laksda TNI I.N.G. Sudihartawan yang berlangsung di gedung Rupatama Polda Jatim, pada Kamis (24/2/2021).

Pencanangan Gerakan Santri Bermasker ini secara langsung di hadiri oleh Pejabat Utama Polda Jatim, KH Agoes Ali Mashuri, perwakilan dari Pengurus Wilayah Nahdlatul Ulama (PWNU) Jatim, Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah (PWMU) Jatim, dan Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Jatim, serta Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) Jatim.

Selain itu, Kegiatan ini juga di ikuti oleh Kiai, maupun ulama dari seluruh Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) di Jawa Timur, dan Polres jajaran di seluruh Jawa Timur secara virtual.

Dalam sambutannya, Kapolda Jatim mengatakan, pencanangan Gerakan Santri Bermasker ini merupakan bagian penting dalam penanganan dan pencegahan wabah covid-19 di Jatim. Kapolda yakin dengan jumlah pesatren dan santri di Jawa Timur yang jumlahnya ribuan itu bisa memutus mata rantai covid-19.

“Kami mempunyai pemikiran bahwa santri akan menjadi basis yang kuat dan penting dalam menghadapi covid-19,” ucapnya Kapolda Jawa Timur pada Launching Pencanangan Gerakan Santri Bermasker.

Dalam acara ini Kapolda membagikan masker sebanyak 1.287.000 secara simbolis yang di terima oleh perwakilan santri yang mengikuti acara ini.

Tak lupa Kapolda Jatim mengucapkan terimakasih kepada masyarakat Jatim, para Kiai, Ulama, dan Santri atas identitas yang telah di bangun selama ini, bersama TNI, Polri dan Pemerintah daerah, serta seluruh kamtibmas di Jawa Timur, yang berjalan kondusif dan baik.

“Saya mengajak seluruh masyarakat Jawa Timur untuk bermunajat dan berdoa bersama-sama memohon pertolongan kepada tuhan yang maha kuasa, semoga kita semua dapat terbebas dari covid-19 demi terwujudnya Jawa Timur bangkit dan Indonesia maju,” Pungkasnya Irjen Pol Nico Afinta dalam sambutannya.

“Hari ini yang dilakukan adalah kembali pada gerakan bermasker untuk para santri, karena memang di Jawa Timur ini pesantren-pesantren dengan jumlah santri ribuan itu cukup besar dan cukup banyak. Dan kegiatan di pesantren banyak hal yang terus terkawal protokol kesehatannya, terutama bagimana bermasker dengan benar dan menjaga jarak serta mencuci tangan, 3M bahkan sekarang 5M, ini menjadi bagian yang kita konsolidasikan berseiring dengan proses vaksinasi,” Paparnya Gubernur Jatim, Khofifah Indar Parawansa.

Halodunia.network – HOAX memang menjadi ancaman serius banyak pihak, karena bisa mengganggu stabilitas dan keamanan negara. Hal ini pula yang dilakukan oleh Kepolisian Republik Indonesia, salah satunya di daerah Jawa Timur. Polda Jatim pun rupanya tak tinggal diam dengan masih tingginya berita hoax di tengah pandemi covid-19 yang belum menunjukkan angka penurunan.

Nampak orang nomor satu di Korps Tribrata Polda Jatim yakni Irjen Pol Dr. Nico Afinta, didampingi Pejabat Utama (PJU) Polda Jatim, serta Kabid Humas Polda Jatim Kombes Pol Gatot Repli Handoko, Selasa (23/2/2021) siang, menerima audiensi dari Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) Jawa Timur, di Gedung Lobby Tribrata, lantai 2 Mapolda Jatim.

Kapolda Jawa Timur Irjen Pol Nico Afinta usai menggelar audiensi bersama dengan PWI Jatim menyebutkan, bahwa pihaknya mengajak PWI Jatim, bersama-sama memerangi berita tidak benar (Hoax) di Jatim.

Selain itu, jika memang perlu dibentuk suatu badan, nantinya didalamnya bisa diisi dari beberapa unsur diantaranya, Pemerintah, Kepolisian, Pakar hingga Asosiasi Cyber. Sehingga kedepan dalam penanganan berita hoax, ada aturan hukum yang berlaku.

PWI sendiri menjadi bagian penting didalam menangkal berita hoax yang ada di Jatim. Sehingga kedepan PWI bisa menilai apakah berita itu masuk unsur hoax atau bukan.

“Berita hoax ini berbahaya jika dikonsumsi oleh publik, sehingga kami Polri bekerjasama dengan PWI Jatim, akan memerangi serta menangkal berita hoax yang ada di Jatim,” kata Kapolda Jatim Irjen Pol Nico Afinta, Selasa (23/2/2021) siang.

Sementara itu Irjen Nico menambahkan, bahwa terkait dengan penanganan Covid-19 di wilayah Jatim. Sejak adanya PPKM tahap satu maupun tahap dua, hingga PPKM Mikro tahap pertama dan akan diperpanjang hingga bulan Maret 2021 mendatang, hal ini dapat mengantisipasi penyebaran Covid-19 di wilayah Jawa Timur.

“Penanganan Covid-19 dengan penerapan PPKM sangat efektif mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19,” jelas Kapolda.

Sementara itu ketua Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) wilayah Jatim, Ainur Rohim menyatakan, bahwa PWI Jatim sangat mendukung langkah Kapolda Jatim menangkal berita hoax di wilayah Jawa Timur.

Selain itu, PWI sendiri untuk menangkal berita hoax, kedepan akan memberikan sosialisasi kepada pelajar SMA sederajat agar mereka memahami tentang berita hoax.

“Kami sangat mendukung langkah Bapak Kapolda untuk menangkal berita hoax di Jatim. Selain itu, PWI sendiri berencana akan melakukan sosialisasi kepada pelajar SMA di Jatim agar mengerti serta memahami berita hoax,” pungkasnya. (Duwi)

“Tentunya ide ini kita rumuskan dengan Kombes Pol Jhonny Eddizon Isir kemudian rekan senior, akhirnya tercetuslah mobil senyum ini,” ungkap AKBP Memo Ardian

Sebelum resmi mengaspal pada 15 Juli 2020, Memo menggandeng aktor Dodit Mulyanto sebagai brand ambasador, agar Mobil Senyum bisa dikenal luas oleh masyarakat Surabaya.

“Dicetuskan Mobil Senyum Losdol itu tujuannya selain adanya punishme, berharap dengan adanya reward itu bisa menginspirasi masyarakat lainnya juga turut menerapkan protokol kesehatan sebagaimana yang telah dianjurkan,” papar Memo.

Alumni Akpol Tahun 2002 ini menambahkan, Mobil Senyum juga sebagai wujud trust building atau kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap polisi yang telah dibangun Polri.

Mobil Senyum ini mengusung tagar #SehatmuSemangatku dengan tujuan menularkan semangat sehat kepada siapapun. Mobil juga dirakit dengan tujuan sebagai ladang ibadah, yaitu membagikan sembako kepada masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi setiap Jumat.

“Akhirnya kita kontinyu, salah satunya juga buat ladang ibadah nabung akhirat. Kita menyasar masyarakat menengah ke bawah, misalkan tukang parkir, penyapu jalan dan lainnya,” beber perwira polisi asal Kabupaten Kediri ini.

Ditarik ke dalam konsep menuju Polri sebagai institusi yang prediktif, responsibilitas dan transparansi berkeadilan (PRESISI) yang diusung Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Mobil Senyum mencukupi unsur tersebut.

“Berkaitan dengan kebijakan Bapak Kapolri kita yakni PRESISI, salah satu upaya melakukan prediktif, memprediksi sesuatu kemudian kita bisa mengambil langkah-langkah dengan menggunakan strategi atau karakteristik wilayahnya,” ungkap Memo.

Sebelum mencetuskan Mobil Senyum, Memo juga telah memprediksi bahwa saat pelaksanaan kegiatan punishme terhadap masyarakat, otomatis akan ada ketidakpercayaan masyarakat terhadap polisi.

Polresta Tangerang Peduli Lingkungan, Kebersihan Sebagian Dari Iman

Halodunianett Hadiri peringati HPSN, anggota Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Pasar Kemis Polresta Tangerang Polda Banten bersama anggota Posko Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) Berbasis Mikro Desa Sindangsono, Kecamatan Pasar Kemis, Kabupaten Tangerang, melaksanakannya kegiatan kerja bakti membersihkan sampah, Minggu (21/2/2021).

Kegiatan itu dilaksanakan dalam rangka memperingati Hari Peduli Sampah Nasional (HPSN) tahun 2021. Tema yang diangkat pada HPSN tahun ini adalah “Sampah Bahan Baku Ekonomi Masa Pandemi”.

“Dan membersihkan lingkungan atau melaksanakan pola hidup bersih dan sehat juga merupakan bagian dari protokol kesehatan,” kata Kapolresta Tangerang Kombes Pol Wahyu Sri Bintoro.

Wahyu meneruskan, kegiatan bersih-bersih sampah dilaksanakan dengan tetap mengedepankan protokol kesehatan. Semua warga yang turut serta dalam kerja bakti itu diwajibkan menggunakan masker. Kemudian, juga diwajibkan menjaga jarak.

“Selama kegiatan bersih-bersih, tidak ada kontak fisik dan juga telah disediakan sarana cuci tangan,” tutur Wahyu.

Wahyu mendorong kegiatan gotong-royong semakin ditingkatkan. Karena budaya ini menitikberatkan pada kebersamaan. Sehingga dalam upaya penanganan dan penanggulangan pandemi Covid-19, masyarakat dapat secara guyub atau bersama melaksanakan disiplin protokol kesehatan.

“Mudah-mudahan, kebersamaan meluncur kesadaran kolektif mengenai pentingnya melaksanakan protokol kesehatan,” tandasnya.

2021 Prada Cup Final New Schedule

The Prada Cup final is a best of 13 series, with the winner moving on to challenge Team New Zealand in the America’s Cup match in March. There will be two races per race day of the Prada Cup final. The racing window for each race day will be around 4pm-6pm, with the first race of each day scheduled for 4.15pm.

The Prada Cup is the first stage regatta of what is perhaps the most prestigious international sailing event, the America’s Cup.

This is the first ever Prada Cup (formally called the Louis Vuitton Cup) and three challengers are vying to take the final spot in the 36th edition of the America’s Cup to race against Emirates Team New Zealand.

In its blistering press statement Thursday, ACE accused Luna Rossa of showing inflexibility in its refusal to allow a change in the race schedule while alert level restrictions are in place. Luna Rossa insists the schedule, which requires the Prada Cup final to conclude by Feb. 24, has been agreed and should be respected.

ACE chairwoman Tina Symmans accused Luna Rossa of failing to demonstrate “honor and respect for this country and delay the Prada Cup until we have a greater chance of everyone being able to enjoy and benefit from being back into (Alert) Level l.

“Clearly they have forgotten the words of their leader Patricio Bertelli at the opening press conference who spoke about how privileged everyone is to be in Auckland without significant COVID restrictions and that therefore everyone has a commitment and responsibility to deliver great sportsmanship and the Prada Cup to be a major sporting event.

Restrictions at alert Level 2

Livestreaming, what’s in it for us?
Technology has advanced significantly since the first internet Livestream but we still turn to video for almost everything. Let’s take a brief look at why live streaming has been held back so far, and what tech innovations will propel live streaming to the forefront of internet culture. Right now live streaming is limited to just a few applications for mass public use and the rest are targeted towards businesses. Livestreaming is to today what home computers were in the early 1980s. The world of live streaming is waiting for a metaphorical VIC-20, a very popular product that will make live streaming as popular as video through iterations and competition.

Do you remember when YouTube wasn’t the YouTube you know today? In 2005, when Steve Chen, Chad Hurley, and Jawed Karim activated the domain “they had a vision. Inspired by the lack of easily accessible video clips online, the creators of YouTube saw a world where people could instantly access videos on the internet without having to download files or search for hours for the right clip. Allegedly inspired by the site “Hot or Not”, YouTube originally began as a dating site (think 80s video dating), but without a large ingress of dating videos, they opted to accept any video submission. And as we all know, that fateful decision changed all of our lives forever. Because of YouTube, the world that YouTube was born in no longer exists. The ability to share videos on the scale permitted by YouTube has brought us closer to the “global village” than I’d wager anyone thought realistically possible. And now with technologies like Starlink, we are moving closer and closer to that eventuality. Although the shared video will never become a legacy technology, before long it will truly have to share the stage with its sibling, livestreaming. Although livestreaming is over 20 years old, it hasn’t gained the incredible worldwide adoption YouTube has. This is largely due to infrastructure issues such as latency, quality, and cost.
Latency is a priority when it comes to livestreams.
Latency is the time it takes for a video to be captured and point a, and viewed at point b. In livestreaming this is done through an encoder-decoder function. Video and audio are captured and turned into code, the code specifies which colours display, when, for how long, and how bright. The code is then sent to the destination, such as a streaming site, where it is decoded into colours and audio again and then displayed on a device like a cell phone. The delay between the image being captured, the code being generated, transmitted, decoded, and played is consistently decreasing. It is now possible to stream content reliably with less than 3 seconds of latency. Sub-second latency is also common and within the next 20 or so years we may witness the last cable broadcast (or perhaps cable will be relegated to the niche market of CB radios, landlines, and AM transmissions).
On average, the latency associated with a cable broadcast is about 6 seconds. This is mainly due to limitations on broadcasts coming from the FCC or another similar organization in the interests of censorship. In terms of real-life, however, a 6 second delay on a broadcast is not that big of a deal. In all honesty a few hours’ delay wouldn’t spell the doom of mankind. But for certain types of broadcasts such as election results or sporting events, latency must be kept at a minimum to maximize the viability of the broadcast.
Sensitive Content is Hard to Monitor
Advances in AI technologies like computer vision have changed the landscape of internet broadcasting. Before too long, algorithms will be better able to prevent sensitive and inappropriate content from being broadcast across the internet on livestreaming platforms. Due to the sheer volume of streams it is much harder to monitor and contain internet broadcasts than it is cable, but we are very near a point where the ability to reliably detect and interrupt inappropriate broadcasts instantaneously. Currently, the majority of content is monitored by humans. And as we’ve learned over the last 50 or so years, computers and machines are much more reliable and consistent than humans could ever be. Everything is moving to an automated space and content moderation is not far behind. We simply don’t have the human resources to monitor every livestream, but with AI we won’t need it.
Video Quality
In the last decade we have seen video quality move from 720p to 1080p to 4K and beyond. I can personally remember a time when 480p was standard and 720p was considered a luxury reserved for only the most well funded YouTube videos. But times have changed and people expect video quality of at least 720p. Live streaming has always had issues meeting the demands of video quality. When watching streams on platforms like Twitch, the video can cut out, lag, drop in quality, and stutter all within about 45 seconds. Of course this isn’t as rampant now as it once was, however, sudden drops in quality will likely be a thorn in the side of live streams for years to come.
Internet Speeds
Perhaps the most common issue one needs to tackle when watching a live stream is their internet speed. Drops in video quality and connection are often due to the quality of the internet connection between the streamer and the viewer. Depending on the location of the parties involved, their distance from the server, and allocated connection speed the stream may experience some errors. And that’s just annoying. Here is a list of the recommended connection speeds for 3 of the most popular streaming applications:
Facebook Live recommends a max bit rate of 4,000 kbps, plus a max audio bit rate of 128 kbps.
YouTube Live recommends a range between 1,500 and 4,000 kbps for video, plus 128 kbps for audio.
Twitch recommends a range between 2,500 and 4,000 kbps for video, plus up to 160 kbps for audio.
Live streams are typically available for those of us with good internet. Every day more people are enjoying high quality speeds provided by fibre optic lines, but it will be a while until these lines can truly penetrate rural and less populated areas. Perhaps when that day comes we will see an upsurge of streaming coming from these areas.
Language Barrier
You can pause and rewind a video if you didn’t understand or hear something, and many video sharing platforms provide the option for subtitles. But you don’t really get that with a live stream. Pausing and rewinding an ongoing stream defeats the purpose of watching a stream. However, the day is soon approaching where we will be able to watch streams, in our own native language with subtitles, even if the streamer speaks something else. Microsoft Azure’s Cognitive Speech Services can give livestreaming platforms an edge in the future as it allows for speech to be automatically translated from language to language. The ability to watch a livestream in real time, with the added benefit of accurate subtitles in one’s own language, will also assist language learners in deciphering spontaneous speech.
Monetization
One of the most damning features of a live stream is the inherent difficulty in monetizing it. As mentioned before, videos can be paused and ads inserted. In videos, sponsored segments can be bought where the creators of the video read lines provided to them. Ads can run before videos etc. But in the case of a spontaneous live stream sponsored content will stick out. In the case of platforms like YouTube there are ways around ads. Ad blockers, the skip ad button, the deplorable premium account, and fast forwarding through sponsored segments all work together to limit the insane amount of ads we see every day. But in the case of a live stream, ads are a bit more difficult.
Live streaming platforms could implement sponsored overlays and borders or a similar graphical method of advertising, but the inclusion of screen shrinking add-ons like that may cause issues on smaller devices where screen size is already limited.
Monthly subscriptions are already the norm, but in the case of a live streaming platform (Twitch Prime not withstanding), it may be difficult for consumers to see the benefit in paying for a service that is by nature unscheduled and unpredictable. Live streams are great for quick entertainment, but as they can go on for hours at a time, re-watching streamed content is inherently time consuming. For this reason, many streamers cut their recorded streams down and upload them to platforms like YouTube where they are monetized through a partnership program. It is likely that for other streaming platforms to really take off, they would need to partner with a larger company and offer services similar to Amazon and Twitch.

What Might the Future of Livestreaming Look Like?
It is difficult to say, as it is with any speculation about the future. Technologies change and advance beyond the scope of our imaginations virtually every decade. But one thing that is almost a certainty is the continued advancement in our communications infrastructure. Fibre optic lines are being run to smaller towns and cities. Services like Google Fiber, which is now only available at 1 gigabit per second, have shown the current capabilities of our internet infrastructure. As services like this expand we can expect to see a large increase in the number of users seeking streams as the service they expect to interact with will be more stable than it currently is now. Livestreaming, at the moment, is used frequently by gamers and Esports and hasn’t yet seen the mass commercial expansion that is coming.
The future of live streaming is on its way. For clues for how it may be in North America we can look to Asia (taobao). Currently, livestreaming is quite popular in the East in terms of a phenomenon that hasn’t quite taken hold on us Westerners, Live Commerce. With retail stores closing left and right, we can’t expect Amazon to pick up all of the slack (as much as I’m sure they would like to)…

Bagikan Masker di 107 Lokasi, Kapolresta Tangerang Peduli Kesehatan

Halodunia.net Siap siaga terhadap kesehatan tubuh warga, jajaran Polresta Tangerang Polda Banten bersama unsur Pemkab Tangerang dan Kodim 0510 Tigaraksa kembali melaksanakan kegiatan pembagian masker secara serentak, Sabtu (20/2/2021).

Kapolresta Tangerang Kombes Pol Wahyu Sri Bintoro menerangkan, total jumlah masker yang dibagikan sebanyak 14.046 helai yang dibagikan di 107 lokasi kegiatan. Kata Wahyu, kegiatan dilaksanakan mulai dari tingkat polres hingga tingkat Polsek bersama Muspika setempat.

“Kegiatan pembagian masker sekaligus dirangkai dengan Operasi Yustisi yang dilaksanakan personel gabungan pada tiap tiap POSKO PPKM dari tingkat desa/kel, RW maupun RT,” kata Wahyu.

Wahyu memaparkan, kegiatan pembagian masker sekaligus Operasi Yustisi yang dilaksanakan ditingkat polres dilaksanakan di 12 lokasi kegiatan dengan membagikan 1.200 masker.

Kemudian di tingkat polsek yakni Polsek Tigaraksa di 10 lokasi kegiatan dengan membagikan 2.886 masker. Polsek Cikupa membagikan 1.000 masker di 11 lokasi kegiatan. Polsek Panongan membagikan 1.200 masker di 17 titik kegiatan.

Wahyu melanjutkan, Polsek Cisoka membagikan 1.000 masker di 2 lokasi kegiatan. Polsek Balaraja di 17 lokasi kegiatan dan membagikan 1.000 masker. Polsek Kresek membagikan 2.100 masker di 3 lokasi kegiatan. Polsek Kronjo di 2 lokasi kegiatan dengan membagikan 860 masker.

“Polsek Pasar Kemis membagikan 800 masker di 22 lokasi kegiatan. Polsek Rajeg di 7 lokasi dan membagikan 1.000 masker. Sedangkan Polsek Mauk di 2 titik kegiatan dan membagikan 1.000 masker,” papar Wahyu.

Wahyu memastikan, kegiatan pembagian masker dan Operasi Yustisi akan terus digencarkan. Dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, Wahyu berharap dapat mendorong masyarakat untuk semakin disiplin melaksanakan protokol kesehatan.

“Dengan giat 3 T dan 5M secara terus menerus mendisiplinkan masyarakat akan berdampak positif pada menurunnya angka positif Covid-19 di Kabupaten Tangerang dari zona kuning ke zona hijau,” pungkasnya.
